The INDIA bloc rally aims to address electoral irregularities and demand accountability from the Election Commission.

In a significant political meeting, Abhijeet Dipke, founder of the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP), met with West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee in Delhi on Saturday. The meeting was aimed at expressing gratitude for Banerjee's support during the CJP's protests, particularly regarding the NEET paper leak and the arrests of CJP leaders. Dipke acknowledged Banerjee's unwavering support for the youth-led movement, stating, "I came here to thank Didi because she strongly supported our first Jantar Mantar movement."

While Dipke expressed solidarity with the INDIA bloc's rally scheduled for Sunday at Ramlila Maidan, he emphasized that the CJP would not be participating. He stated that the organization values its independent and politically neutral identity, saying, "We support tomorrow's protest and stand in solidarity with it. However, the Cockroach Janta Party is an independent organization and a neutral platform."

Dipke further clarified that the CJP would support any organization fighting against electoral irregularities, irrespective of political affiliations. He remarked, "Anybody who fights against vote theft will have our support. We will support all organizations."

Banerjee, who is also in Delhi for the rally, praised the CJP's activism and invited Dipke and his team to West Bengal to organize programs. She highlighted the importance of the CJP's role in the ongoing protests against the Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls and the Election Commission. Banerjee expressed pride in the young activists, stating, "They are the pioneers and founders of this movement."

As the INDIA bloc prepares for its rally, opposition parties are mobilizing against alleged electoral irregularities and demanding accountability from the Election Commission, including the resignation of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar. The rally, expected to attract a diverse group of participants, will feature a march from Minto Road to Ramlila Maidan, with significant preparations underway to ensure a successful demonstration.
