On November 3, 2026, Tata Projects, a prominent player in the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) sector, announced that it has secured a substantial contract from a leading global automotive manufacturer. This contract involves the development of a greenfield plant located in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra.
The scope of work encompasses three essential packages: the assembly shop, press and weld shop, and utility and support buildings. This includes a wide range of civil, structural, and architectural works, as well as Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems and utility networks. Tata Projects emphasized the importance of close coordination across various engineering disciplines to ensure the efficient execution of the project.
