Mauli Infra has officially announced the Grand 150 – Sansara, a significant new township project covering 150 acres in Nagpur. This development aims to provide modern residential living alongside landscaped open spaces and various lifestyle amenities, catering to the growing demand in the city's real estate market. The township is designed to feature spacious plots and contemporary architecture, with plans for a clubhouse and recreational facilities, including a cricket ground.
The announcement was made by Mauli Infra directors Pravin Rahate, Ashwin Wairagade, and Rishabh Jain, who shared insights into the township's vision and development phases. The project is built around the concept of “Eight Worlds, One Complete Life,” which integrates eight distinct landscape themes and lifestyle experiences within a cohesive residential environment. The developers anticipate that this project will attract homebuyers looking for premium amenities and spacious living options.
The township will be developed in three phases, with the first phase introducing 350 plots. Pricing for these plots is set between ₹2,300 and ₹2,500 per square foot. The second phase is scheduled for launch in December, although specific details regarding the timeline for further amenities and development have yet to be disclosed.
Director Ashwin Wairagade emphasized the potential for regional infrastructure improvements to positively influence the project's location. Key developments such as the Samruddhi Mahamarg and enhancements along Wardha Road are expected to bolster connectivity and support growth in the surrounding area. The company projects that property values could increase significantly over the next three to four years, although actual appreciation will depend on various market factors, including demand and project execution.
In addition to residential offerings, the township will include recreational facilities, notably a cricket ground. Plans for a golf course covering approximately 250 acres have also been announced, although it remains unclear whether this will be integrated into the township or developed separately. The proposed township is situated at Mouza Kanholi (J) in Hingna taluka, strategically positioned to meet the demand for modern residential layouts as Nagpur continues to expand and improve its connectivity across emerging growth corridors.
