G Square Group Launches 125-Acre Residential Project in Panvel

G Square Group has officially announced its entry into Maharashtra with a substantial residential project in Narpoli, Panvel. This development will cover approximately 125 acres and will consist of 364 residential plots, catering to homebuyers looking for land ownership opportunities. The project is part of the company's broader strategy to expand its footprint in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).

The Narpoli project is designed to meet the growing demand for independent homes, offering plots starting from a minimum size of 1,000 sq. ft. G Square is promoting an early-bird pricing strategy, with residential plots available at INR 5,990 per sq. ft. Additionally, a plot-plus-villa option is being offered starting at INR 9,990 per sq. ft., providing buyers with flexibility in home construction.

G Square Group emphasizes its competitive pricing model, which reportedly allows it to offer plots at rates 20–30% lower than the current market prices. The company has noted that properties in its existing markets have experienced significant appreciation, with values rising to three to four times their original purchase prices, driven by infrastructure developments and the growth of nearby residential and commercial areas.

The location of the Narpoli development is strategically positioned with good connectivity to major transport links, including the Rasayani and Somtane railway stations, and proximity to the Navi Mumbai International Airport. The surrounding area is equipped with essential social infrastructure such as schools, hospitals, and colleges, making it an attractive option for potential buyers.

Looking ahead, G Square Group plans to expand its operations further in Maharashtra, with additional projects slated for locations including Rasayani, Palaspe, and Karjat, among others. The company's founder, Bala Ramajayam, highlighted that this expansion represents a pivotal moment for the company, as it aims to leverage its expertise in plotted developments to cater to evolving residential needs in the region.
