Krisala and Hiranandani to Develop ₹2,100 Crore Township in Nagpur

Krisala Developers, in collaboration with Hiranandani Communities, has announced an ambitious plan to establish a golf course township in Nagpur. This project is expected to generate substantial revenue, estimated at around ₹2,100 crore, and will feature a mix of plotted developments, townhouses, villas, and an integrated golf course.

The initiative is part of Hiranandani's broader strategy to expand its footprint through integrated townships and joint ventures. Niranjan Hiranandani, the chief managing director of Hiranandani Communities, emphasized that the Nagpur project will be developed under the Eleva platform, which aims to enhance the quality of living through well-planned urban spaces.

In a related development, Mahindra Lifespace Developers has entered into a joint development agreement for a 10.05-acre land parcel in North Bengaluru. This project is projected to have a gross development value of approximately ₹1,250 crore and will primarily consist of premium residential apartments, with an estimated saleable area of around one million square feet. The company anticipates launching this project within the next nine months.

The addition of this project brings Mahindra Lifespaces' total to three developments in North Bengaluru, with a combined potential of about three million square feet of saleable area. This expansion reflects the growing demand for residential spaces in the region and the company's commitment to meeting that demand through strategic acquisitions and developments.

Looking ahead, both Krisala and Hiranandani Communities are poised to make significant contributions to Nagpur's real estate landscape, while Mahindra Lifespaces continues to strengthen its presence in Bengaluru. The upcoming projects are expected to enhance the urban infrastructure and provide diverse housing options for residents, aligning with the ongoing trends in India's real estate market.
