He emphasized that the foundation of health starts at home and that lifestyle choices are crucial in preventing diseases such as diabetes and hypertension. He reiterated the Ayurvedic principle of maintaining health and treating illness, which is vital in today's world facing numerous health challenges.

The significance of September 23 was also highlighted, as it has been designated as Ayurveda Day by the Government of India, starting in 2025. This date, coinciding with the autumnal equinox, symbolizes balance, a core concept in Ayurveda. Jadhav noted the government's commitment to promoting Ayurveda under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership.

Maharashtra's contribution to Ayurveda was acknowledged, with the state being home to numerous educational institutions and research facilities. The sector is anticipated to grow significantly, reaching over 200 billion by 2030, reflecting the increasing recognition and integration of traditional medicine in the healthcare landscape.
