Shraddha Dubey Claims Innocence in Boyfriend's Death, Threatens Suicide
Influencer Shraddha Dubey, accused of her boyfriend's murder, releases a video detailing events leading to his death and threatens self-harm.
Shraddha Dubey claims her boyfriend, Shiva Sharma, was depressed and had financial issues before his death.
She alleges that accusations of murder are unfounded and threatens to die by suicide if media scrutiny continues.
An FIR has been filed against Shraddha and others, linking them to the case surrounding Shiva's death.
Shraddha Dubey, a social media influencer and makeup artist, has come under scrutiny following the death of her boyfriend, Shiva Sharma, who reportedly fell from her fourth-floor apartment in Lucknow last week. In a recent video, Dubey asserts that the incident was a suicide and provides a detailed account of their interactions leading up to the tragedy.
According to Dubey, she and Sharma had not communicated for several days prior to his death. She recounts that on October 7, he reached out to her through a driver while expressing distress. The following day, they met at a café where Sharma allegedly consumed a significant amount of alcohol before returning to her residence. Dubey claims that on October 9, after a seemingly normal morning, Sharma shut the main gate, which was unusual, and shortly after, he jumped from the balcony.
Dubey further elaborates that Sharma was dealing with substantial financial burdens, with loans amounting to approximately ₹15 to 20 lakhs. She states that he often received calls from creditors, which contributed to his emotional distress. Despite their relationship lasting around 2.5 months, Dubey insists that she had no involvement in his death, questioning why she would harm someone she cared for.
The aftermath of Sharma's death has been tumultuous, with his mother, Ranjana Sharma, accusing Dubey of threatening to release compromising videos of her son and alleging that he suffered physical abuse during their relationship. An FIR has been filed against Dubey, her sister, and others, implicating them in the case. Dubey has publicly challenged these accusations, asserting her innocence and expressing her emotional turmoil over the situation.
In a dramatic turn, Dubey threatened to take her own life if the media continued to portray her negatively. She expressed deep sorrow over Sharma's death and requested that the public refrain from spreading rumors. As the investigation unfolds, the implications of this case are likely to resonate throughout the community, raising questions about mental health, relationships, and the responsibilities of influencers in the public eye.
