Indian Embassy in Riyadh Issues Safety Advisory Amid Attacks

The Indian Embassy in Riyadh has issued a safety advisory urging all Indian nationals to adhere to local authorities' directives and remain indoors during ongoing aerial attacks. The advisory emphasizes the importance of not sharing videos or news related to the current situation in Saudi Arabia to prevent misinformation.

This advisory comes in the wake of an attack at Riyadh airport on October 10, which left two Indian nationals critically injured. As per the latest updates, both individuals are still receiving intensive care, while one has been moved to a High Dependency Unit. Additionally, four other Indian nationals are currently hospitalized in a regular ward, and one has been discharged.

King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh remains closed for flight operations, with Indian airlines halting all flights to and from Saudi Arabia until October 17. However, flights from Dammam, Jeddah, and Medina are still operational, albeit with some disruptions. Saudia Airlines is maintaining its scheduled flights from these locations, while Flynas is offering flights on the Dammam-Lucknow route.
