The purpose of this meeting was to extend a formal invitation to the President for the flag hoisting ceremony of the Simhastha Kumbh Mela, scheduled for October 31 in Nashik and Trimbakeshwar. This event is significant as it marks the commencement of one of the largest spiritual gatherings in the state.
The Simhastha Kumbh Mela is a major religious event that attracts millions of devotees.
