4,135 students offered seats in the fourth CAP round for M. Pharmacy and Pharm. D.
Total of 9,233 seats available across Maharashtra's pharmacy colleges.
Institutional admission round scheduled from October 25 to 29, 2026.
The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell has released its fourth allocation list for postgraduate pharmacy admissions for the academic year 2026-27. This round has seen 4,135 students successfully offered seats in the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) for the two-year full-time M. Pharmacy program and the three-year full-time Pharm. D. (Post Baccalaureate) program.
In total, 5,640 students submitted their college preferences within the designated timeframe for this round. Only those who adhered to the submission deadlines were considered for seat allotment. The candidates who have been allocated seats are required to complete their admission formalities by October 24, 2026, which includes reporting to their respective colleges, submitting necessary documentation, and paying the required fees.
The CET Cell previously reported that 4,692 students had gained admission through the first three rounds of the CAP. With 9,233 seats available in M. Pharmacy colleges throughout Maharashtra, the fourth round offers another chance for eligible candidates to secure their places in these postgraduate programs. Of the 5,640 students who expressed their preferences, 4,135 were successful in obtaining seat allotments.
It is important to note that receiving a seat allocation does not finalize the admission process. Students must fulfill all college-level reporting requirements and complete the necessary formalities by the deadline to ensure their admission is confirmed. Following this fourth round, the CET Cell has scheduled an institutional admission round from October 25 to October 29, 2026.
Candidates interested in this next stage of admissions should carefully follow the relevant instructions and stay updated through the official CET Cell website for eligibility criteria and additional details regarding the admission process for the M. Pharmacy and Pharm. D. programs for the upcoming academic year.
