The incident occurred at a sorting facility operated by Elastic Run, located in Baba Budhajinagar, where parcels are processed before delivery.
The theft was uncovered on the night of October 24 when officials discovered an empty mobile phone box. This prompted a thorough inspection of the parcels and a review of CCTV footage, which revealed suspicious behavior by the employees. The two arrested individuals have been identified as Shoeb Afsar Hussain, 28, and Nazir Shaikh, 21, who had been employed as office boys for about six weeks.
