Shridhar Ashtankar Named Director of Sales & Marketing at Le Méridien Nagpur

Le Méridien Nagpur has officially announced the appointment of Shridhar Ashtankar as the new Director of Sales & Marketing. This strategic move is aimed at bolstering the hotel's sales performance and expanding its market presence in the region.

Ashtankar's career in the hospitality industry began at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts in Mumbai, where he gained foundational experience. He later moved to the United Kingdom, working at Hilton London Canary Wharf, which provided him with valuable international exposure. Upon returning to India, he transitioned into sales management roles, notably with Tuli Imperial, and subsequently held leadership positions at Pride Hotel Nagpur and Radisson Blu Nagpur, accumulating nearly ten years of experience in sales and marketing.

Most recently, Ashtankar played a crucial role in the pre-opening and launch of Radisson RED Chandigarh Mohali, where he contributed to the development of market entry strategies and positioning. His diverse background equips him with a robust understanding of hospitality sales, business development, and team leadership.

In his new capacity at Le Méridien Nagpur, Ashtankar is expected to leverage his expertise to drive sales growth and enhance the hotel's outreach initiatives.
