Shraddha Dubey Receives 72-Hour Transit Remand for Court Appearance

The Uttar Pradesh Special Task Force (STF) has successfully obtained a 72-hour transit remand for Shraddha Dubey, her sister Rashmi Dubey, and their driver Danish from the Nagpur district court. The STF is set to transport the three individuals by car from Nagpur to Lucknow, a distance of approximately 850 kilometers, which is expected to take between 15 to 18 hours. They are scheduled to appear in a Lucknow court on Thursday.

The decision to travel by car was made after it was determined that there were no direct flights available from Nagpur to Lucknow. The STF will begin their journey shortly after the court's decision. This development follows the arrests of the three individuals on Tuesday from an apartment in Nagpur, where they were located by law enforcement.

In addition to the remand for Shraddha and her associates, the STF has also apprehended Aamir, Shraddha's driver, who is believed to have been present with her at the time of the suspicious death of Shiva Sharma. Shiva died on October 9 after falling from Shraddha's flat in Lucknow, leading to an FIR filed by his mother, Ranjana Sharma, accusing Shraddha of murder. Shraddha had been evading authorities since the incident occurred.

The case has garnered significant attention, particularly as two additional audio recordings surfaced following Shraddha's arrest. In these recordings, she can be heard making threats towards Shiva, which adds further complexity to the ongoing investigation. The situation has raised concerns about the implications for public safety and the legal proceedings surrounding the case.
