Nagpur Marina Project Delivery Accelerated to 2028

The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) has revealed that the delivery of its Nagpur Marina project will now occur two years earlier than initially planned, with a new target set for December 2028. Originally scheduled for December 2030, this adjustment allows customers to start construction on their plots sooner than expected. The project includes 918 plots, a three-acre beach, a wave pool, and a 28,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, along with over 40 amenities.

Abhinandan Lodha, the Chairman of HoABL, emphasized the company's commitment to delivering on time despite ongoing challenges in the real estate sector, including material shortages and labor disruptions. The accelerated timeline is attributed to significant construction progress and effective coordination with local authorities. HoABL aims to ensure that customers receive their plots promptly while continuing to develop the necessary infrastructure and amenities.
