The job fair attracted more than 480 ex-servicemen and featured participation from 42 prominent national and multinational companies, collectively offering over 1,300 job openings across various sectors. The inauguration was led by Major General Varun Malhotra, General Officer Commanding, who emphasized the importance of such initiatives. Alongside him were notable figures including Shri Amitabh Sinha, Chairman of the CII Vidarbha Zonal Council, and other senior military and corporate representatives.
