Voting will take place at 26 designated polling stations from 8 AM to 4 PM across eight talukas, with voters in four remote talukas required to complete their voting by 3 PM due to a recent directive from the Election Commission of India.

District collector Avishyant Panda has emphasized the importance of voter participation, particularly in the more isolated talukas of Etapalli, Bhamragad, Sironcha, and Aheri, where polling will end an hour earlier. This initiative aims to ensure that all eligible voters can exercise their right to vote without any complications.

The voter demographics in Gadchiroli reveal a total of 9,310 male voters and 4,298 female voters. Each polling station is supported by dedicated polling teams, all operating under police security to maintain order and safety during the electoral process. Gadchiroli taluka leads with the highest voter count of 3,416 across six polling stations, followed by Chamorshi with 2,125 voters at four stations.

The broader Nagpur division, which encompasses six districts including Nagpur, Wardha, and Chandrapur, has a total of 2,55,603 registered voters spread across 445 polling stations. To facilitate voter participation, registered government employees have been granted special casual leave to cast their votes, while private-sector employees are entitled to four hours of leave. This measure is expected to encourage higher turnout among the electorate, ensuring that the voices of graduates are heard in this crucial election.
