In the second quarter of FY27, Snabbit achieved a net transaction value (NTV) of Rs 72 crore, narrowly surpassing Urban Company’s InstaHelp, which reported an NTV of Rs 71 crore. This performance reflects the growing competition in the instant home services sector, where both companies are vying for market share.
Historically, the home services market has seen rapid growth, with startups like Snabbit and Urban Company investing significantly to enhance their offerings. Snabbit's co-founder, Ayush Agarwal, highlighted the company's performance on LinkedIn, noting that while both platforms generated similar transaction values, InstaHelp faced a greater financial burden with losses amounting to Rs 32 crore more than Snabbit.
