MK Sons Fine Jewels Ltd has announced a price range of ₹153 to ₹162 per share for its forthcoming initial public offering (IPO), which aims to raise ₹275.4 crore. The subscription for the public issue will commence on October 28 and conclude on October 30, as stated by the jewellery retailer. Prior to this, bidding for anchor investors is scheduled for October 27, a day before the retail offering opens.

This IPO consists of a fresh issuance of up to 1.36 crore equity shares along with an offer for sale (OFS) of 34 lakh equity shares by promoter Ramchand Murlidhar Raimalani. The shares are expected to be listed on both the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE), marking a significant step for the company in its growth trajectory.

The funds raised from the fresh issue are earmarked for enhancing the company's retail footprint and improving its financial stability. Specifically, a portion of the capital will be allocated to establish a new showroom in Maharashtra and to expand an existing one in Gujarat. Additionally, the company plans to utilize some of the proceeds for repaying certain borrowings and addressing general corporate needs.

Founded in 2012, MK Sons Fine Jewels specializes in the design, manufacture, and retail of fine jewellery, offering a diverse range of products including gold, diamond, and cubic zirconia pieces. The company boasts over 19,442 stock-keeping units (SKUs) and operates five showrooms in Mumbai and Ahmedabad, catering to a wide customer base with products priced from approximately ₹11,000 to premium offerings.

As the IPO approaches, MK Sons Fine Jewels reported a profit after tax of ₹52 crore and operational revenue of ₹539 crore for the financial year 2025-26. Investors are advised to evaluate the company's valuation at the proposed IPO price, alongside its financial health and growth potential in the competitive jewellery market. Aryaman Financial Services is serving as the lead manager for the IPO, with Bigshare Services appointed as the registrar.
