Five IPOs Set to Launch Next Week, Targeting Rs 2,600 Crore
Five companies, including EAAA India Alternatives and SFC Environmental Technologies, are gearing up for IPOs next week, aiming to raise nearly Rs 2,600 crore.
EAAA India Alternatives plans to raise Rs 1,200 crore with its IPO opening on October 26.
SFC Environmental Technologies aims for Rs 668 crore, with subscriptions closing on October 29.
The upcoming IPOs are expected to keep the primary market active amid strong investor demand.
Next week, five companies are poised to enter the primary market with initial public offerings (IPOs), collectively seeking to raise approximately Rs 2,600 crore. Among these, EAAA India Alternatives, SFC Environmental Technologies, and MK Sons Fine Jewels are notable participants, with their offerings scheduled between October 26 and October 30.
The backdrop for these IPOs includes a bustling primary market, which recently witnessed Jio Platforms' record-breaking public issue of Rs 30,213 crore. This surge in IPO activity reflects a growing trend, as 104 companies have already raised over Rs 1.4 lakh crore in 2026, indicating sustained investor interest.
EAAA India Alternatives, a subsidiary of Edelweiss Financial Services, is set to launch its IPO on October 26, with a price band of Rs 1,585-1,665 per share, valuing the company at Rs 10,765 crore at the upper end. The offering is entirely an offer for sale (OFS), meaning Edelweiss will not benefit financially from the IPO, although it has secured around Rs 360 crore from anchor investors.
SFC Environmental Technologies will follow suit with its Rs 668-crore IPO, which includes a fresh issue of equity shares worth Rs 150 crore. The price band is set at Rs 313-330 per share, with the proceeds aimed at debt repayment and working capital needs. Meanwhile, MK Sons Fine Jewels plans to raise Rs 275.4 crore, with its IPO scheduled to open on October 28.
The upcoming IPOs are anticipated to invigorate the primary market, as companies look to leverage investor demand for funding business expansion and operational needs. As the market prepares for these launches, additional companies like Gujarat Victory Forging and Milestone Gears are also in the pipeline for future IPOs, indicating a robust outlook for the primary market in the coming months.
