Audi has officially launched the 2026 Q3, marking the arrival of its third-generation entry-level SUV in India. The starting price for the base Nova variant is set at ₹51.99 lakh ex-showroom, making it a competitive option in the luxury SUV segment.

The new Q3, codenamed Type FJ, was globally unveiled in 2025 and has now made its way to the Indian market. This model will compete against established rivals such as the BMW X1, Lexus NX 350h, and Mercedes-Benz GLA, all of which are popular choices among luxury SUV buyers.

Built on the Volkswagen Group's MQB Evo platform, the Q3 is locally assembled at the SAVWIPL plant located in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra. The SUV showcases a refreshed exterior design, featuring a prominent single-frame grille, split LED headlamps, and a distinctive rear with segmented tail lamps and illuminated Audi rings. The vehicle also includes a panoramic sunroof and 18-inch alloy wheels, enhancing its visual appeal.

Inside, the Q3 offers a luxurious experience with options for Tamarind Brown or Pergament Beige leather upholstery. The interior is equipped with an 11.9-inch Audi Virtual Cockpit Plus and a 12.8-inch MMI Navigation Plus touchscreen. Additional features include 3-zone climate control, a head-up display, and a 12-speaker Sonos sound system, making it a tech-savvy choice for consumers.

Under the hood, the 2026 Audi Q3 is powered by a 2.0L TSI turbo-petrol engine that delivers 201 BHP and 320 Nm of torque, paired with a 7-speed DSG and Quattro all-wheel drive system. Audi claims impressive performance metrics, with a 0-100 km/h acceleration time of just 7.1 seconds and a top speed of 229 km/h. The Q3 is available in two variants: Nova and Zenith, catering to different customer preferences.
